The provinces that are part of this program are Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

This program has two categories, one for international students who graduated in one of these provinces and another for foreign workers. Under either of the two categories, a job offer and the endorsement of a company are required.
